Does anyone know the best exercises to lose weight?

Hey, I'm 22 and 5 feet 4 (weight = 120 pounds). I work crazy hours, but I try lose 10 pounds, I eat on 1400kc per day (sometimes less and sometimes more). I'm looking for exercises that are more effective in increasing my metabolism and burn calories. Moreover, how often should I go to the gym to lose 10 pounds. I feel tired and unhealthy (even if you follow a balanced diet full of whole grains, I still I feel like shit)! Can anyone help me with this?

I'm 5'5 and weighs 125, I also want to lose 10 pounds. Most people want think we're crazy, and barely. But I know where we think its good and nobody can say different. We know in our heads that we feel good at this weight, but not happy until I lose that 10 pounds. What I found is that running or jogging for 30 to 60min. one day at least 4-5 days a week, taking vitamins and eating lots of salad, less the excess dressing works great. It takes a couple of weeks, but suddenly becomes active and the weight decreases rapidly. Also, your mood and your energy level fires. Drink plenty of water too, that a kick in the metabolism, heat all the bad things makes you feel so good when the toxins, fat and things start getting expelled of his body. It is very difficult and you have to force yourself to do for awhile, but I promise that even if you do not change their eating Habbits or reduce your calorie intake to lose weight. I have tried all sorts of diets and programs excercize, nothing worked, not even close to what I described above. Bonus: Weird, Unbelievable but true, in some time will notice that your mood and Think Space feel great every day after a period of continuous jogging, vitamins, water hunting water and a salad. Be warned, however, take a minute to get, but once you do, you will know exactly what im talking about and wants to let everyone know how changes inside and out.
