Why progress in weight loss has been drastically reduced?

I tried to lose weight over three months. I started 270 pounds and becoming a vegetarian and started exercising every day I began to make great strides. but recently, about three weeks, I stopped to see much progress. I am 6 foot 2 and 240 pounds now My next goal is 225 but my 200 final. What advice would you give that can help me to see more progress?
