I just got Irwin hoodia all natural, it says take 3 capsules daily with meals? There are 400 mg, which means we need to consume 1200 mg per day, someone explain?
You will find that Hoodia supplements vary widely in potecy and effectiveness. 1200 mg supplement May 1200 mgs is not equal to another, then not try to compare one with another. If you do not work, I get off the subject. Try another brand. Hoodia is a supplement natural, not a drug with standard doses (at least not yet).
