Vegan weight loss – recipes?
I’m looking for vegan recipes with a low amount of calories (preferably not more than 500 calories per serving) that are still somewhat filling. Salads and soups are a given, but what else can I eat?
@ Defending the truth: I probably should’ve mentioned that I don’t live in the US, and getting my hands on faux meat is a bit of a problem. Thanks, though.

She specializes in cooking low fat, low calorie vegan meals. I believe she has the nutritional info for each recipe as well, which is helpful.
I’d also focus on eating mostly whole plant foods with minimal oil/fat use. Smoothies are also helpful when you’re feeling hungry but don’t want to eat a bunch.
